Technical Assistance
When a technology glitches, or two technologies don’t instantly work together, it’s very easy to become frustrated. We completely understand! Often, the first step to solving any technical challenge is to take a deep laugh and laugh a little. The solution isn’t likely rocket science, and the problem isn’t life-threatening.
How do I transfer content from the CD/DVD with the Excursions 7 folio to various devices?
There are generally three steps:
1. A computer must be able to read the CD/DVD content.
2. Sync your mobile device to your computer with a USB cable.
Follow your normal steps for getting each of the above to be recognized.
3. Drag the content on your CD/DVD directly to your mobile device, or the desktop first then your mobile device.
Many mobile devices have a documents folder. Some users will create custom folders for imported content.

For additional guidance that is specific to your mobile device, we recommend that you Google “how to transfer content to a (insert device name).” Depending upon the popularity or limitations of the device, you may need to include specifics of the model in your search. Technologies vary with each new model and year released.
