Refund/Exchange Policy

Conditional exchanges are accepted. If the words are misspelled on the wristband then simply return ship the wristband for a new one. In some cases, removal from the mold may leave an edge with some additional silicone. This can be removed with the edge of your finger, a scissor or any other sharp edge with pressure applied. This is not grounds for return or exchange.
